Cher has been teaching with the District School Board of Niagara, the Peel District School Board and the Halton District School Board collectively to grades JK-12 for over twenty years. Though her main subject has been Music, she has taught Dance, Drama, Visual Arts, Social Studies and even did some Kindergarten.

Cher has a degree in Music, Teaching and an Honours Specialist in Music and Teacher Leadership. Throughout her education journey, Musical Theatre was a huge part of her and her two daughters - Charlotte and Bridget's lives.

She has directed multiple shows including Suessical Jr, The Wizard of Oz and The Little Mermaid. Over the past three years she ran the younger group at Stagestruck Musical Theatre and in the past, has taught lessons at the Koogle Theatre Company. Cher is ready to fly solo and realize her lifelong dream of her own Musical Theatre company.
